Work begins at FCCJ Deerwood Center; Downtown and South Campuses
Jan. 7, 2008 - (Jacksonville, Fla.) Perry-McCall has started work at Deerwood Center; Downtown and South campuses for Florida Community College at Jacksonville.
The $9 million Deerwood Center project involves the build-out of approximately 82,000 sq. ft. along with the reworking of the exterior parking and landscape areas, and the $1.9 million Downtown Campus addition calls for a new entry and classrooms at the College's main campus. The $4.4 million South Campus project calls for major renovations and new additions to four existing buildings and involves the build-out and addition of approximately 49,000 sq. ft. of space along with reworking the exterior parking and landscape areas.
