Hallmark Senior Housing selects Perry-McCall for additions/renovations to Florida properties
March 20, 2006 - (Jacksonville, Fla.) Hallmark Senior Housing of St. Louis has selected Perry-McCall to perform additions and renovations to two of its Florida properties. Hallmark is a repeat client with three of its five senior housing properties in Florida built by Perry-McCall.
Perry-McCall will construct an addition to the Allegro Fleming Island in Jacksonville, and will perform renovations and additions to the Allegro at College Harbor in St. Petersburg.

Perry-McCall constructed the Allegro Fleming Island and sister facility Allegro East Lake in Tarpon Springs, Fla., in 2000 and 2001, respectively, and Heritage Oaks, located in one of Tallahassee's most desirable golf course communities, in 2000. This will be the first time Perry-McCall has performed work at the St. Petersburg location.
