Perry-McCall renovating lobby at Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa
Aug. 18, 2007- (Jacksonville, Fla.) Perry-McCall was selected to renovate the lobby and related service areas of the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
The $3.3 million project includes the renovation of a seven-story lobby that serves as the main entry into the resort. The new lobby design is complete with glass balconies on all floors that look down onto the beautiful art-deco décor. A true social gathering place for events, conventions and during the Players Championship, the renovated lobby will feature cocktail bars as well as an authentic Irish Pub offering guests drinks and fine dining throughout their stay. This project is scheduled for a Dec. 2007 completion.
