Perry-McCall to build Parking Garage III at the University of South Florida
Aug. 12, 2005 - (Jacksonville, Fla.) Perry-McCall will build the University of South Florida's Parking Garage III at the university's main campus in Tampa, Fla. as part of the university's master development plan.
Perry-McCall will construct the $13 million, six-story, pre-stressed, precast concrete parking garage, which will contain 1,500 parking spaces and related site, utility, and roadwork, all of which will take place on the university's main campus over multiple semesters and will require careful planning so that campus activities and traffic patterns are not disrupted.
This project is designed to serve the Health Sciences and Interdisciplinary areas on the northwest and north central sides of campus, and is part of a growing collection parking garages that Perry-McCall has completed over the years.
Perry-McCall, founded in 1989 in Jacksonville, has grown from a small partnership serving one region into an established, client-focused construction management, design/build and general contracting firm servicing the Southeastern United States.
