Perry-McCall to build Parking Garage IV at the University of South Florida
Mar. 5, 2007 - (Jacksonville, Fla.) Perry-McCall was recently awarded the University of South Florida's Parking Garage IV at the university's main campus in Tampa, Florida.
The 2,000-car, $17.3 million parking garage is
the second consecutive garage that Perry-McCall has been awarded by the university in the last two years. This project is planned to serve the Engineering and Magnolia Residence areas on the southwest and central sides of USF's campus.
Parking Garage III was awarded in 2005 and was finished on time and within budget in Nov. 2006.
