Description:
This two-story Bahamian-style office building is being constructed of shallow foundations with a structural steel frame and masonry block infill. The second floor features a balcony from which the Intracoastal Waterway may be seen. The exterior finish is aluminum storefront and the remainder is EIFS over a stucco base. The owner will provide all tenant build-out and finishes. This project is on schedule for a June 2008 completion.
