Description:
The Administration Building consisted of renovations and additions, and demolition of the old Chipola College Student Services/Administration Building. Careful measures were taken due to asbestos in the building. The project schedule was adjusted accordingly to ensure the building was completed on time. This project was unique in that the owners were compiling their own bid package, which allowed them to control costs and save additional money.
