Description:
The National Benevolent Association of the Christian Church (NBACC) was one of this country’s largest developers and operators of assisted living and senior housing facilities prior to its reorganization. NBACC and Perry-McCall had an ongoing, long-term relationship with the construction of Cypress Village. Perry-McCall constructed five (5) seven story wings of Cypress Village that boasted a total of 450 independent living apartments. Also included in this project was a sixty (60) bed assisted and acute care nursing facility, indoor swimming pool and a 300-car parking garage. Construction of these facilities required special attention to ADA requirements to ensure the safety and well-being of their residents and guests. This facility is now owned and operated by Brookdale Living Communities, Inc.
