Description:
This project was completed for the Florida Department of Management Services under their Area 4 contract. The project consisted of replacing over 14,000 square feet of roof area with new membrane roofing. Additional repairs were made internally to the ceilings and walls that were damaged from water infiltration, and the entire building was sealed to prevent future problems. Work was completed on time and within budget. The building remained in full operation while the work was completed.
