Description:
Working as a general trades subcontractor for Centex Rodgers, Perry-McCall was involved with all three phases of the construction of Flagler Hospital. Phase Iincluded constructing a 150,000 sq. ft. five-story patient tower and a 140,000 sq. ft. five-story shell medical office building. Phase II consisted of renovations and additions, which included a three-story patient tower and a two-story medical services wing including an operating wing. Phase III included adding an additional three floors to the five-story patient tower built during Phase I.
