Description:
This project had eleven critical phases requiring detailed coordination with hospital staff since the existing emergency room was in full operation. The scope of this project included demolition of a large portion of the existing facility, additional parking and a new access drive, upgraded utility services, entry canopy, expanded waiting room area, exam and treatment rooms, trauma rooms and X-Ray rooms for minor procedures. This project was completed on schedule without interference into the existing facility. Perry-McCall also directed the transfer to the new facility before the project was complete.
