Description:
This facility serves as the headquarters for Perry-McCall. The exterior consists of metal and pre-cast concrete, with a stucco finish on the front. The large interior includes a formal lobby, elegant conference room, estimating room, plan room, fourteen separate offices, two large areas for six stand alone cubicles, fully equipped kitchen and four restrooms, two of which include showers. Warehouse space and garages encompass the back of the building. Two rental offices, which also have their own warehouse space, round out the remainder of the building.
