This project consisted of remodeling the thirteenth, fifteenth and sixteenth floors of the Riverplace Tower building in downtown Jacksonville resulting in beautiful offices for Rogers Towers Attorneys at Law, including a large reception area and elegant board room. The contract called for completion of the offices in 90 days. Perry-McCall completed the entire project in 67 days, a full 23 days ahead of schedule. The design called for a complete gutting of the interior walls on three floors, during which other offices in the building remain in full operation. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
