Description:
Perry-McCall just completed this 10 classroom, multipurpose facility for Sandalwood High School. The facility was design for the rapidly changing needs of the school and has the capability to change its use without major renovation cost. Perry-McCall value engineered a state-of-the-art HVAC system that allows users to have individual controls in their rooms and low operational and maintenance costs. Features such as a maintenance mezzanine for easily replacement of equipment, fiber optic cabling, standing seam metal roof and a brick veneer exterior allow this facility to withstand even the most demanding uses.
