Description:
This project consisted of a new 5,200-pallet cold storage warehouse
with two new blast freezers inside the warehouse.
A new 14,000 sq. ft. loading dock/cooler storage area with six truck
docks was provided for shipping/receiving. Also included is 1,500
sq. ft. of new food processing areas, 1,800 sq. ft. of office space,
a control room and employee lounge. This facility is managed
by an adjacent control room for the mechanical systems, which includes
a state-of-the-art ammonia refrigeration/freezer system.
