Description:
Perry-McCall constructed and installed 696 inmate cells outside of Stanley, Wisconsin. Quad configurations were for 174 of the cells. Each cell was fully outfitted with sleeping bunks, shelves, mirrors, desks, seats, plumbing, electrical fixtures, windows, doors, interior furnishings, painting and all security hardware. The project was constructed during one of Wisconsin's coldest winters, and was finished on time and in budget.
