Perry-McCall provided construction services for the complete remodeling and renovation of the SunTrust Bank branch office located in the Riverplace Towers in Jacksonville, Florida. The bulk of the work was completed during night and weekend hours to allow the office to remain open. Special materials and long lead items were pre-ordered and stored ahead of time to increase construction speed and reduce the overall timeframe. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
