Description:
This fast-track construction management project at the University of Florida’s Health Science Center in Jacksonville includes five conference rooms, each accommodating 50 people, a 309-seat auditorium with a state-of-the-art projection and audio visual room, media center, library, classrooms, and abundant office and conference space. A 6,800 square foot atrium divides the latter phases in which state-of-the-art surgery rooms, x-ray labs and special procedure suites round out the facility. Perry-McCall also constructed the adjacent parking garage.
