Description:
This project was delivered as a fast-track construction management contract. The parking structure
was constructed with a shallow foundation and a six-story pre-cast structural frame and Tees. The parking structure, designed to provide staff and patient parking, holds 1,100 parking full size spaces and provides two separate entry and exit points on opposite sides of the structure. The parking structure was completed just ahead of the Health Science Administration Center, also constructed by Perry-McCall.
