Description:
This 1,000 space parking garage was designed and constructed using pre-cast double tees, columns, beams, and poured in place slabs and foundations. Architectural pre-cast wall panels featured embedded brick used at UNF. The parking facility was stage one to a greater project, the new Performing Arts Center. It was constructed adjacent to the parking facility and connected via an elevated covered walkway that Perry-McCall completed. With parking rapidly becoming an issue at UNF, the design/build delivery of this facility was an excellent solution.
