This is a 10,000 sf build-out of an existing medical office building for UF Health.  The clinic is a Rehabilitation Facility that offers Physical Therapy, Neurological Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy.  The project consists of numerous exam rooms, rehabilitation areas and office spaces.  The rehabilitation areas are outfitted with safety overhead track and harness systems designed to assist and protect patients from falling during the rehabilitation process.  The facility also has a sports therapy area with and indoor batting cage and astro-turf flooring.  The interior has high end finishes to allow the clinic to attract a more affluent clientele.
