The Cecil Center is located on a 130-acre site that serves as a regional campus. The Center is being developed in progressive phases both physically as well as academically. Phase I included two (2) two-story buildings totaling 44,000 sq. ft. replacing several modular buildings that were installed when the campus first opened in 2004.

The facility provides technology-rich classrooms and science labs, a library-media center, two auditoriums, a full-service student center, appropriate support facilities and administration and faulty office and work space. In addition, Phase I is designed to serve as a public shelter for hurricane protection.
