Renovation to an existing 1 story CMU building with adjacent outdoor patio areas and small portion of the pool deck. CMU contained an existing kitchen and bar which were demolished and renovated into a single new kitchen. An adjacent covered dining terrace was upgraded with new finishes and an aluminum trellis with a vinyl awning and eucalyptus latilla ceiling. A new outdoor tiki bar was constructed with a natural thatch roof. Existing pool pennisula was renovated to include new concrete seating with fire pit.
