Bank of America has a large presence in Jacksonville that includes offices in downtown Jacksonville, as well as satellite campuses in Deerwood Park and Southside, which is located by the Avenues Mall.

As part of a corporate restack, or restructuring project, the fifth floor of Building C at the Southside Campus was developed into an Integrated Operations Command Center (IOCC).  The secure, technology-rich area serves as a key logistical nexus for all Bank of America communications throughout the region and features clean power as well as emergency cooling / power systems.

Along with the IOCC, the employee lounge and break-out areas were completely retooled, a new emergency generator building was constructed to house 2 new Caterpillar diesel generators, and a 3-story parking garage (500 spaces) located on the southernmost portion of the sprawling, 52-acre, 740,000 square foot campus.
